Return Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Western Warrior Boutique, however should you need to return an item you will need to e-mail us for a Return Authorization number at westernwarriorboutique@gmail.com. Return authorizations cannot be issued over the phone and returns will NOT be accepted without prior written authorization. Issued return authorization numbers are valid for 10 days. 

Gifts cards may not be returned or exchanged. All sales of gift cards are final. 

If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with original tags intact. No credit will be given for items with tags removed. It must also be in the original packaging with the required receipt or proof of purchase and returned within 10 days.

Handbags must be returned in an appropriate size box as to not cause damage to the item. Refunds will not be granted for damaged handbags. 

Shoes must be returned with the box they came in. Please do not tape your shipping label to the shoe box. It must be inside a shipping box. 

Swimwear, bodysuits and underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at westernwarriorboutique@gmail.com

You must pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied for items you received via free shipping or you may choose store credit for the returned items. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Our mailing address is Western Warrior Boutique 6125 Joe Lane Nampa, Idaho 83687.

Customers cancelling orders that have been placed but not shipped will be charged a  restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price including shipping. 

Any promotional (free) items must also be sent back with your returns.
